Digital solutions for business

Digital solutions that bring order to complex business.

DATRAUM designs and builds digital solutions that support online sales, processes and the everyday work of companies. From understanding the problem to development after launch.

Sales → data → operations Real-time flow

We build solutions that companies rely on every day. In online sales, order handling, working with data and running operations.

Expertise

We help where sales meet the everyday work of a company.

We don't start with technology. We start with what needs to work better, and fit the solution to the company's scale and way of working.

Online sales platforms

Websites and stores that catch the eye and keep customers with speed and simplicity. Consistent with the brand and easy for the team to run.

  • Design that holds attention
  • Fast performance
  • Simple path to purchase

Business tools and applications

Applications shaped around how your team works, replacing spreadsheets, manual retyping and workarounds.

  • Less manual work
  • A single source of truth
  • Clear roles and permissions

Integrations and data flow

Connections between systems that get orders, stock levels and documents where they are needed, without copying.

  • Automated data exchange
  • Fewer errors
  • Visibility into what's happening

Improving and extending existing systems

We clean up, speed up and extend what already works, without stopping day-to-day operations.

  • Assessment of the current state
  • Step-by-step modernisation
  • Everyday stability

Selected work

Selected areas of experience

From a brand and a website that catches the eye to systems that bring order to the back office. We show the type of problem and solution, without names or details that belong to our partners.

Conversion

A website that catches attention and leads to purchase

Challenge
The traffic is there, but customers drop off along the way: slow loading, too many steps, an unclear message.
Solution
Design that holds attention, fast performance and a simple path from first impression to decision.

Brand

Visual identity for a digital brand

Challenge
A brand without a consistent mark or visual rules, so every channel looks different.
Solution
Logo, colours and typography built on a construction grid, ready to use on the website, in the store and in other materials.

E-commerce

Sales platform with an extensive product catalogue

Challenge
A large range, many variants and customers who need to find the right product quickly.
Solution
A well-organised catalogue, a clear path to purchase and a back office the team runs on its own.

Operations

System supporting warehouse processes

Challenge
Orders, stock and picking managed in several places at once, causing mistakes and delays.
Solution
One tool that guides staff through each step and shows order progress as it happens.

Integrations

Connecting online sales with the back office

Challenge
Order and product data retyped by hand between systems.
Solution
Automated data exchange between the store and the systems the company already uses, with error handling and change history.

Internal tools

Dashboard for the operations team's daily work

Challenge
Information needed for decisions scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.
Solution
A dashboard that brings key data into one view and shows what needs attention.

These descriptions show the kinds of problems and solutions we work on. The graphics are illustrative and were created for this website. Out of respect for confidentiality, we don't publish project names, data or screens.

How we work

Four stages. Each ends with something you can assess.

We work in stages, so decisions rest on what already works rather than on assumptions alone.

  1. 01

    Understanding goals and constraints

We learn the business goal, how the team works, the existing systems and the constraints: budget, time and dependencies.

Outcome of this stageA shared understanding of the problem and the scope of the first step.

  2. 02

    Solution design

We design workflows, screens and architecture so the solution fits real processes.

Outcome of this stageA design you can review before building starts.

  3. 03

    Implementation and integrations

We build in stages, connect with existing systems and test against real scenarios.

Outcome of this stageA working solution, launched without halting day-to-day operations.

  4. 04

    Development after launch

We check how the solution performs in practice, then improve and extend it as the company grows.

Outcome of this stageA system that keeps up with changes in the business.

We set the timeline and scope after the discovery stage. Before that, any promised deadline would be a guess.

Approach

The solution should fit the company, not the other way round.

Good software reflects how a company really works. It is clear to the people who use it, and it grows with the business.

We start with the process

Before the first screen exists, we look at how the work actually flows: who does what, in what order and where errors appear.

We design for the people who will use it

A tool the team doesn't understand quickly ends up back in a spreadsheet. We make sure it's obvious to use from day one.

We build for change

Companies grow and change their offer and processes. A solution has to be extendable without starting from scratch.

Confidentiality

Silence is part of the contract.

We don't say who we work for. Ever. You won't find client names, their website addresses or project data on our site, under either model. We agree on one thing only: whether DATRAUM may sign its work on your website.

§ 1 · Partner model

A discreet DATRAUM signature appears on your website, for example in the footer. We agree on placement and form together. Your growth becomes our recommendation.
